The 2022 edition of the Venezia Jazz Festival begins on June 23rd at the Fenice Sale Apollinee with the performance of Vince Abbracciante, a rising star of the accordion in Italy. He will play as a quartet music that brings back, in a jazz key, to the choro, country bands, tarantella, melodrama, baroque arias, Mediterranean music and folk songs. In 2009 he designed together with Carlo Borsini a new system for changing the registers of the accordion in order to expand the sound range of his instrument.
