A four-part project exploring how architectural work can represent those who live inside it. Four exhibitions that alternate over the Biennale: architecture for the community, architecture for work, architecture for hospitality and interior design, the importance of detail. One hundred selected projects provide identity to places – buildings with which people identify and in which they choose to live, work and spend their free time. The architect is called upon to interpret these needs and develop spaces that are functional while at the same time acting as landmarks for the urban space.
