For its tenth edition, the W Architecture Prize, promoted by Fondation Wilmotte, has chosen a design theme that is as stimulating as it is eloquently simple in its formulation: A roof for all! Roofs shape the landscape of cities and countryside and they shape the horizon. Faced with the current housing crisis, the participants devised original solutions for habitable modules to fit under existing and unused roofs (roofs of abandoned agricultural, industrial, railway or military sheds, roofs of buildings to be reconverted, large disused commercial
premises, etc.). The four winning projects out of the 57 participating are the protagonists of the exhibition.
