The works of six pioneering artists of contemporary sculpture born in Bohemia in the first decades of the last century form the itinerary of this latest exhibition by Le Stanze del Vetro.
The story of the emancipation of glass in Bohemia (now the Czech Republic) from the traditional categorization of applied and decorative art after the Second World War, thus placing the material at the service of the creation of abstract sculptures, stained glass, architecture, installations and site-specific works, features Václav Cigler, Vladimír Kopecký, Stanislav Libenský and Jaroslava Brychtová, René Roubíček and Miluše Roubíčková.
