In the 3-D, multi-channel animated video screened at the Argentinian Pavilion, a team of fantasy characters evolve following the stimuli of the surrounding environment. Using drawings, paintings, and animation, Mónica Heller (Buenos Aires, 1975) creates convoluted stories populated by human-looking actors that interpret the world under the rubric of fantasy – the ideal, authentic access key to interpret the real world.
