After a long day of hard work in the fields, Andean men and women dream, and their dream are woven into cloth that will take us to the stars (in the Aymara language, Wara Wara Jawira means ‘river of stars’). Using ‘assembly’ and weaving techniques made
by the Warmichacha collective, the intricate world of Andean cosmology comes to life over a three-level itinerary: Alaxpacha (infinite space), Akapacha (Earth), and Manqha Pacha (Time and Space from the depths of the Earth).
