The installation by the Danish conceptual artist explores the depths of the lagoon, bringing to the center of the exhibition the different species that inhabit the Venetian ecosystem, increasingly characterized by precarious balances. Greenfort’s innate ability to create macro and micro-cosmos invites the visitor to question the crucial importance of organisms such as algae and jellyfish in the very particular environmental context of the Venetian lagoon. Through this collateral event, the ERES Foundation continues in its mission of promoting and encouraging dialogue between science and art.
