Organized in three sections (entrance, hall, debate room), the exhibition focuses on the issue of the rapid demographic decline that took place in Bulgaria over the last three decades, especially on the abandonment of schools due to lack of pupils. Using photographs by Belgian photographer Alexander Dumarey depicting leftover school furniture and supplies, the reflection on a depopulating country questions the global space of plausible, alarming scenarios.
