“A laboratory for hope in a world of viral hopelessness” – thus curator Josephine Michau defined the Danish project, which develops around a dichotomy between our desire to build town close to the sea, and the challenge imposed by climate change and by nature itself viz. the future of coastal environments. Using large dioramas, almost three-dimensional theatre scenes, the Pavilion displays an impressive representation of a future coastal village. In lateral exhibits, we will see experiments on humid areas architecture, and learn something from Nature.
