Built-up environment is shown, at the Japanese Pavilion, as a living creature that breathes and feeds to develop in harmony with communities around the world. Architecture is more than just a set of buildings: it is the way people connect and interact with the space and the environment around them. By keeping within itself a trace of the love that informed it, architecture expands further the way buildings can learn our memories and our stories.
