To look at the world, and its forests in particular, through the eyes of a child. This is the invitation of the Lithuanian Pavilion, which consists of an old Venetian patio house built with timber sourced in Neringa, Lithuania. Conceived as a playfield, the exhibition develops in a very welcoming environment, with educational prompts to reflect on the times, processes, and forces that once shaped Baltic forests. Children are the ideal consultant, allies, and public of the Pavilion, which goes to show the need for long- term cultural initiatives and the essential role of environmental education for future generations.
