Can we measure the abstract qualities of the place we live in, such as attachment, attraction, connection, inclusiveness, freedom? With the help of analogue values measurement machines that track data in real time and record it on five-metre-tall paper roll, visitors will be invited to answer six questions that highlight the intangible elements of urban context and make them reflect on whatever qualities can turn a city that is merely defined as ‘liveable’ into a city that is also vital and empathetic. The visualization of consensus and contradictions helps focus on a balance point for the urban environment we wish for.
