The Pavilion shows the architectures that feed the world – from our home kitchens to the large functional areas that feed cities. Organized in five short films, a recipe archive, and a public programme of meetings, events, and debates produced in cooperation with TBA21-Academy, the project explores, in particular, the Spanish agro-architectural context, widening its scope on the past and present of the global food supply chain to imagine a future where the substance of man won’t be detrimental to the planet.
