(2022, Colombia, 75')
Public eye and private life mix inextricably and try to gain protection and cover from virulent corruption and a degraded reality that is also violent, narcotic and soporiferous. The road is crossed by a hearse, death looms on the town of Medellìn while the neighbourghood’s youth give away under the influence of drugs. They’re annihilated within their own body by the lack of perspectives for their future. With an autobiographical leap, the young Colombian director tells about himself and his own story wanting to give space to smaller voices. The film is a distressed but firm scream of a wasted youth, to whom only art and cinema seem to give a shoulder to cry on.
