Rafik has just been released from a four-year sentence. He’ll soon find that family as he knew it is not there anymore. His wife left him. His only goal in life now seems to be rebuilding a connection with his son, whom he resorts to kidnapping one day just to spend some time with him. He takes his child in a wood beyond the mountains to show him the cabin he lives in, a space that Rafik would want all for themselves. Things won’t go over well with a neighbouring family.

The film is distributed on Netflix and has been inspired by a real story.
