Vera Gemma, the daughter of famous Italian actor Giuliano Gemma and reality TV star, spends her time in the shadow of her dead father. To try and redeem herself from frivolous life, she ventures into Rome’s high society. Following a car accident she is involved in, an eight-year-old child is injured. She eventually forms a kind of relationship with the girl’s father, but soon realizes that even in that world, so different from hers, she is nothing but a tool.
