A multi-disciplinary visual artist, Anusha Alamgir investigates the standardiza- tion of social values in Bangladesh brought about by globalization and unfettered media power, especially the internet. Alamgir brings her art to life by weaving into it her personal experiences and memories. Here, the body, especially the female body, is a political place and a space for relations, violence, and memory.
