Through archival and field research, Pressure Cooker explores the evolving relationship between architecture and food production in the United Arab Emirates, proposing sustainable solutions to address food security challenges in arid climates. The exhibition analyzes existing infrastructures and innovative greenhouse models, combining local knowledge with advanced technologies.
