An international conference at Giardini, an exhibition at Ca’ Giustinian and an evening at Sala Grande where two films in the line-up of the first Festival in 1932 will be screened. On Saturday, 9th July, the Biennale celebrates the 90th Anniversary of the Mostra del Cinema! And on the same evening Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, directed by Fabio Luisi with the Orchestra and Chorus of La Fenice, will grace Piazza San Marco, the most iconic stage in town. The concert will be broadcast live on Rai5.
