For their traditional Christams concert, Palazzetto Bru Zane invites you to listen their newest instalment in their musical rediscovery mission. Pianist Leonora Armellini will perform music by Déodat de Séverac (1872-1921). Séverac is a composer who participated to the renewal of French music by working on popular music of south-western France, as we can appreciate in the suite contained in recital En Languedoc. Aside from him, Armellini will perform music by Debussy and Albéniz. In a private pre-sale for the concert patrons, Palazzetto Bru Zane’s bookshop will offer CD Les Nuits de Paris, dedicated to nineteenth-century French ball music, performed by François-Xavier Roth and orchestra Les Siècles.
