Sottosopra is Malika Ayane’s new single anticipating the singer’s new concert tour. This autumn in fact Malika Ayane will perform live with 10 dates in theatres in a tour produced and organised by Friends&Partners, stopping off at the Toniolo in Mestre on 16 November. Written and composed by the artist together with Andrea Bonomo and Pacifico and produced by ESTREMO, Sottosopra once again shows an unprecedented side of the singer-songwriter through a new path in which she has chosen to play with contrasts, which have always been part of her stylistic signature. A track with electronic sounds that mark time and emphasise its overwhelming rhythm. “Sottosopra’, explains the singer, ‘is a track born two years ago in Paris. More than a state of mind, it speaks of a way of being and doing that, once achieved, becomes the beginning of a new phase. When one finally has clear contours within which one can move, self-awareness appears and, consequently, serenity. One must learn and move at a pace under and over the line of this ever-changing life’.
