100 years after Basaglia’s birth, Archvio Basaglia is organising a widespread review to remember him by proposing some of the classics of the 1960s and 1970s, contemporary works such as Munzi’s Kripton and 50 years of CLU by Rossi, and archive images, bringing back to the theatres his topicality to talk about mental health, public health and civil rights. Speakers from Bologna, Veenzia and Piacenza include Marco Bellocchio, Stefano Rulli, Sandro Petraglia, Silvano Agosti, Raymond Depardon, Francesco Munzi, Pirkko Peltonen and Erika Rossi. Psychiatrists, psychoanalysts, writers will speak with the authors after the screenings. In collaboration with Cineteca di Bologna, Fondazione Fare Cinema, Fondazione Piccolo America, Circuito Cinema Venezia, Rete Cinema Laguna, Teche RAI, Istituto Luce, Istituzione Minguzzi. Version restored by Istituto Luce. Director and screenwriter Stefano Rulli will be in the audience.
