A concert in collaboration with the Guido Alberto Fano Onlus Music Archive and a repertoire that includes Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco (Toccata op. 83), Guido Alberto Fano (Two pieces for piano and cello), György Ligeti (Sonata for solo cello) and Sergej Prokofiev (Sonata op.119). Pianist Monica Cattarossi works in the field of chamber music and accompaniment as an interpreter, chamber musician and teacher. Invited to play at the most important international festivals, she has given concerts in many prestigious halls collaborating with artists such as Julius Berger, Rocco Filippini, Antonio Meneses, Erica Piccotti, Danilo Rossi, Dora Schwarzberg among others. With the renowned cellist Enrico Dindo, with whom you have established a ten-year and solid artistic collaboration, you have recorded the work of Astor Piazzolla for cello and piano. For years you have played all over Italy in concerts organized by the Associazione Gioevale Musicale d ’Italia. Born in Rome in 2003, Ettore Pagano began studying the cello at the age of nine. In 2019 he obtained the first prize in the Competition for young musicians organized by the Filarmonica della Scala in Milan, obtaining the scholarship in memory of “Maura Giorgetti”: he has toured in Italy and abroad, in Germany he played for Hamburg and Kiel, in Austria at the Opera Graz, in the United States in New York-Carnegie Hall, as well as numerous recitals as a soloist throughout Italy.
