What item belonging to Venice would we take with us in the mainland? Andrea Liberovici and Paolo Zavagna choose sound, or rather, the different voices that the city met and keeps meeting throughout its centuries-old history. Sixteenth-century sceneggiata, twentieth-century drama, city-wide celebrations, the alienating silence of lockdowns: all these sounds make it into the performance thanks to electro-acoustic elaboration at the centre of the installation.
