The The Shadow of Dreams recalls shadows as a language of representation of oriental tradition: shadows are created to narrate human and non-human figures, to evoke the variety of visions, between reality and dream, that make up Marco Polo’s legendary journey. The wall becomes a stage where four performers compose and go through worlds and atmospheres of journeys on lands and dreams, with the use of projections that create the setting for the dance. Lights and shadows are therefore the poetic duet that generates symbols and ambiguities within musical Armonies that will lead to a geographical and temporal journey without
excluding twines with our time.
