Pianist Nathanaël Gouin will perform in a concert of programme Venise pour la francophonie 2025. Before authoring his own operas, Georges Bizet worked for others. While employed by published Choudens, he wrote voice and piano adaptations for new operas and orchestra and keyboard transcription for pieces by Gounod. In this concert, Gouin will compare Bizet’s own pieces with the work he did for Gounod and Saint-Saëns.
