Alberto Rodriguez Serrano’s work (Madrid, 1988) proposes a new way of understanding art, demolishing the static concept of traditional painting. Using an innovative technique based on luminescent pigments, both phosphorescent and fluorescent, the artist fills his work with emotional depth and material complexity. In a play of lights and shadows, the paintings come to life with great emotional impact. The exhibition, specifically designed for Palazzo Fortuny, features some of the most important works created by Serrano in recent years, an exhibit of diverse art from long periods of experimentation and work on innovative techniques.
