Il latte dei sogni
An exhibition path that tells the story of the birth, growth, and vision of charity organization EMERGENCY. A story narrated via seven key words: War, Utopia, Care, People, Beauty, Culture, Choice. Seven words for as many exhibition rooms that portray the identity of EMERGENCY, its heritage, the values and ideas behind its work. Its roots remain the same even when everything changes outside. Uniting it all is the guiding phrase “Io abito il possibile” (lit. I inhabit the possible), inspired by a poem by Emily Dickinson and Gino Strada’s own take on the “possible”: “You can’t say something is impossible until you try to do it.”
The exhibition is free to visit until October 31, from Wednesday to Saturday, between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. It will be closed during July and August.
