In Venice from 23 to 29 June

The last glimpse of June continues in the name of entertainment and live music, with the 50th edition of the Biennale Teatro, the second one for Directors ricci/forte and the 14th Venice Jazz Festival, which will be animating our summer evenings with gigs of the best international jazz.

Not only that: the city is a whole flourishing of events!

Palazzo Grassi welcomes the legendary Ballet des Porcelaines, Benjamin Britten’s Peter Grimes will be staged at the Fenice, while Musikamera presents a concert by pianist Monica Cattarossi and cellist Ettore Pagano.

The Milk of Dreams continue to inspire many occasions to talk about art, e.g. the third and last of the Monday Art Conversations by illy, and the artist Marialuisa Taddei, protagonist of the Grenada Pavilion, who presents her book Corpo e Luce: 25 poems by Davide Rondoni and a critical essay by Luisa Turchi.

The Festival dei Matti is back, a four-day event with meetings, readings, artistic and theatrical performances, debates and workshops dedicated to the theme of identity.

In one of the most authentic neighborhoods in Venice, the Feast of San Piero de Castéo is a joyful celebration of summer with Venetian cuisine, live music, dances, games and the final traditional lottery.
