New languages for architecture
by Elisabetta Gardin

The European Cultural Centre presents a series of short videos and nine interviews with architects, designers, and academics to revisit the projects of the exhibition “Time Space Existence”.

Exhibition Time Space Existence shows TSE2023 Interviste, a series of short videos and nine interviews with architects, designers, and scholars that share the stories behind the architectures on display at Palazzo Mora, Palazzo Bembo, and Giardini della Marinaressa. Hashim Sarkis, dean of the School of Architecture at the MIT and curator of the 2021 Venice Architecture Biennale, explores the future of urbanism; Adèle Naudé Santos and Francine Houben reflect on social and collective housing; artist Pedro Friedberg invites architects to see the city from more daring, imaginative points of view; Prof. Sarah Williams addresses migration and its complexities; Norman Foster Foundation and Holcim focus on the importance of building sustainable, accessible dwellings for all. And we’re not even halfway through…
