Inaugurated in the autumn of 1983 with a solo exhibition by Riccardo Licata, the Luce Gallery has since chosen to represent movements that have found particular expression in Venice, such as Spatialism, as evidenced by the works of masters including Virgilio Guidi, Giuseppe Santomaso, Mario De Luigi, Edmondo Bacci, Gino Morandis, Tancredi, and Saverio Rampin. Its focus on the twentieth century leads to a deeper exploration of the work of artists such as Arman, Eulisse, Finzi, Gambino, Licata, Marrocco, Perilli, Ricci, Saetti, and the iconic sculptures of Colanzi.
