The project explores the role of architecture as a cultural artifact, emphasizing Brazilian architecture as a testimony to the country’s history and social transformation. The exhibition unfolds in two acts. The first act, inspired by recent archaeological discoveries in the Amazon, reveals how Indigenous peoples shaped the surrounding landscapes, creating sophisticated infrastructures based on technical knowledge and environmental adaptation strategies. The second act focuses on contemporary Brazil, examining how infrastructures can be reinterpreted through design strategies that inherit and transform ancient knowledge.
