THE SKYWALK BY PLATFORM EARTH

The Venice Lagoon is one of the most important natural carbon sinks in Europe, an ecosystem whose balance is constantly threatened by rising sea levels. The reflection of Platform Earth, a charity dedicated to restoration, conservation, and carbon capture in the marine environment, presents in Venice a walkway suspended over the water, accompanied by a monumental sculpture titled Tree Beacon, symbolizing the increasingly close connection between architecture and the natural landscape.
