Asolo Musica returns to the Auditorium Lo Squero, an ancient boat workshop on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore and now a modern concert hall that directly overlooks the lagoon, in a position that is simply unique in the world. «As a tradition at the Squero – explains the artistic director Federico Pupo – Johann Sebastian Bach occupies a prominent place, with the performances of the Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin offered by Mario Brunello and Sonig Tchakerian: they are joined by Roberto Loreggian on the 18th June with the Goldberg Variations. Chamber music, on the other hand, is attended by the Quartetto di Venezia, training in residence at the Cini Foundation».
