(2022, USA, 119')

Robert Oppenheimer, the Manhattan Project, Little Boy and Fat Man, the tragedy of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and Chernobyl are but a few historical landmarks of nuclear power history. In over two hours of accurate historical reconstruction, Oliver Stone traces all events that brought about the making and development – almost like a human being’s – of nuclear technology. This is a documentary, though not one to sweep its opinion under the rug. Indirectly, a stance is taken on criticism of nuclear industry. What if nuclear tech was the only weapon to guarantee human survival? In what ways will we change our opinion on coal, oil, and gas?
