The Special Award 2023 of the Premio Film Impresa project has been assigned to the filmmaker “for the courage and vibrant sensitivity he used to tell the story of the relationship between a business and the community it wants to establish itself. The complexity and difficulty of this relationship won’t prevent Hamaguchi to depict truthfully and deeply the reasons of both, making a protagonist, other than them, out of environment and nature”.
